You can report an issue with an item, and have the option of a store credit or refund to your credit or debit card. The store credit is instantaneous and a refund takes about 3-4 business days.
Since I started using Misfits Market, they have expanded their offerings considerably and have merged with another company, Imperfect Foods, to better serve their growing customer base.
